I dont know, for sure. Surely, it sounds like an on-the-fringe community, or atleast its’ second generation, has adopted that racist slur as an identity as it has happened in UK (I might be wrong). As for the song, got this translation from Google Translator

“Refrain x2: Everybody hands in the air
    It’s a sound for Pakistan
    Flag green and white
For his corn ready to shed blood,
Proud of its origins and its DIN
    For all Zaat,
    As usual Pakistan Zindabad,

It is this party j’me P.A.K.O.S,
Pakistani and proud to be impossible for us to test
    For all green and white
    Those representing Pakistan,
A minority, worry not well represented
To make the gen-ar sa fait Che-mar
Distributed in shops, the restaurant, the building
One bass drum rolls in German marks preferably
Between us always welded ready to tremble France,
We is not Greek and the sushi is the SALAN and roasts,
All darons investing countries are buying land of Koth,
Everyone says sisi, each has six Afridi,
In corn they do not care are the Foot of cricket
No cap as there’s the riksha Paname,
Manufactured fart sound for Pakistan to bottom in your cabinet,
It will give all go to corn this summer (… this summer …)
Manufactured fart sound for Pakistan to bottom in your cabinet

    (Chorus x2)

It JUNAID left my name in Pakistan,
It would fool of July 14 is celebrated August 14
    Countries singled out,
Become a target for the media
they never show the happiness of this country full of color,
We want to pose as terrorists,
The babes at home are not whores
    Every mode CHALWAR Kamiz,
But when his talk of Islam
    Still No. 1, thanks QUAID-E-AZAM,
    Pakistan Zindabad its capital Islamabad
It’s that we come from them,
Naheem, Salman, Zishan Ali, Jawad and Assad,
Enjoy the striking force of JATTA,
    Pakistan means a holy land,
Place that we always tend hand
In our culture, family comes first,
If there is a concern we all support to the end
It did not used to being lonely
    Always stand between us,
And to be Pakistani and yeah,
    Poto I am proud

    (Chorus) x2

    This sound is for you
    For Pakistanis,
If you represent it to you to rotate,
    For the Pakistani everywhere
    From Peshawar to Islamabad
    From Islamabad to Jhelum
    Jhelum, Sialkot
    Sialkot, Lahore,
    From Lahore to Sargodha,
    Sargodha in Multan,
    In Multan, Hyderabad,
    From Hyderabad to Karachi,
    For every,
Chaudhry, the Jatt, the Gujar, the Rajes,
The Maliks, the Sheikh, the Butts, the Khans, the Kashmiris,
Basically for all the Pakis who consider Pakistan as their country,
For the Pakistani Punjab, in Sindh, Sarhad, Baluchistan,
    Pakistan Zindabad,
(… For all those who have left ALLAH KARE JANATI Naseeb …) ”

“Manufactured fart sound for Pakistan to bottom in your cabinet,
It will give all go to corn this summer (… this summer …)
Manufactured fart sound for Pakistan to bottom in your cabinet” – ahan!
